Prayers and Praises
VMBM: Karen Brunk is thankful for God's protection when her home in Jamaica was struck by lightening in May. When she returned to the house, she discovered that several items near the electrical receptacle had burned and the house had received extensive smoke damage. The fact that the house was miraculously spared from total loss is a continuing testimony to the entire community.
Mennonite Mission Network: Pray for Brazilian
Mennonites as they meet July 17-20 for their biennial conference at the
Witmarsum colony near Curitiba. Ricardo Esquivia from Colombia and Peter
Siemens from Curitiba are the speakers.
Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Foodbank and the Salvation Army.
